
Water Technician Mentorship and Training Program

Fraction Energy Services in partnership with NENAS – Indigenous Skills & Employment Training Centre, are looking for Student applications to our Water Technician school. Successful candidates will be offered a position with Fraction Energy, a growing Water Management company, for full time employment.
- 7 days – NENAS office for Pre-employment training,
Fraction Energy Services Orientation and required safety tickets. - 21 days – one on one, in-field mentorship program to ensure success, confidence and competency

Working conditions:
- Must live near base of employment or be willing to relocate
- Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing required
- Outdoor environment including extreme Weather Conditions (hot & cold)
- Extreme driving conditions (snow, ice, mud, off-road)
- Exposure to noise, vibration, chemicals, fumes & gases, dust and high-pressure lines
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that safety is the priority in all activities
- Rig in and rig out water transfer/lease operations
- Fuel and monitor fluid levels
- Drive to and from site
- Operate minor heavy equipment
- General labour responsibilities as required
Experience and skills:
- High school Diploma preferred
- Class 5 license with clean drivers’ abstract
- Strong oral and written communication
- Physically fit – heavy lifting required
